These terms apply when you download or buy a guide from Heart Matters (love.thetronics.store). By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Our products
All our products are digital guides in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. You need a device that can open PDF files to use them.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken through PayPal by PayPal account or debit or credit card when you place your order. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders you have already paid for.
3. Delivery
Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you enter at checkout as soon as your payment is confirmed. If you created an account, your downloads are also available under My account. If you have not received your link within an hour, check your spam folder, then email us at info@thetronics.store.
4. Refunds
Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download is delivered, except for faulty files, duplicate payments and undelivered downloads. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
5. Your licence
When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, copy or distribute the guide, or any part of it, without our written permission. All content remains the property of Heart Matters.
6. Advice disclaimer
Our guides share general dating and relationship advice for educational and entertainment purposes. They are not professional counselling, therapy, medical or legal advice, and we cannot guarantee any particular result in your dating life or relationships. If you are in an unsafe or abusive situation, please contact local emergency services or a support helpline.
7. Age
You must be 18 or older to buy from Heart Matters.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that guide. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order. For any question about an order, email us at info@thetronics.store with your order number.
